I reached out asking if it was possible for it to arrive the following week since my initial purchase with another seller fell through. Not only did he get it to me on time, it was early and with free shipping, could not recommend this seller more!

Do the magnets wear out over time?
I have been building these for 6 years now and have not seen one "loose" magnetism yet. That being said my design allows you to add more magnets to the back if the situation arises. In that case, just message me and I will send you a few more to add to the holder.
My knives are not sticking well. Why didn't you test them.
All knives do not have the same metallic alloy composition and this drastically affects the ability of the magnets to hold different brands of knives. I test all my holders with Cutco brand knives before shipping. If you receive a knife holder and your brand of knives is not held to your liking please let me know ASAP. I will send you another package with more magnets to add to the knife holder free of charge.
